NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-007820 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-3, is the Plaintiff and JANICE K. ALLEN; ROBIN BRAND; CASSANDRA BRAND; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC. AND PLATIINUM BANK are defendants, Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
