NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
The First Mortgaged Property the lands situated in Pinellas County legally described as follows:
LOT 6, BLOCK A, PLACID LAKE SUBDIVISION NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41 PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
LOT 5, BLOCK F, LAKE PLACID, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 PAGE 72 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on June 25, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
