Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Default Foreclosure Judgment for Sale of Mobile Home entered in Case No. 14-009637-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which RANCH MOBILE, INC., A COOPERATIVE MOBILE HOME PARK, a Florida profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is CARL DYRBALA, Ken Burke, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 16, 2015 the following described property as set forth in the Final Default Foreclosure Judgment for Sale of Mobile Home:
The mobile home located on Lot 435, 406 Heron Road, Clearwater, FL 33764, identified as 1968 AIRL, VIN MG4929, Florida Title Number 08213428, which is located in the mobile home park commonly referred to as Ranch Mobile, as well as all other goods, chattels or other personal property located on the lot.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
