NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-006756 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006-QS6, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM M GEARY, MICHAEL A PARSONS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CHASE BANK USA NA, CITY OF TAMPA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. PARSONS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM M. GEARY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 193, MAP OF PORT TAMPA, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING SAID LOT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
