Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, and Kenneth M. Brown; Genevieve T. Brown; Cemex Construction Materials Florida, LLC, as successor in Interest to CEMEX, INC, are Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 24th day of February, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, and run thence South 0º11'00” West along the 40 acres line 367.23 feet for Point of Beginning; thence South 0º11'00” West a distance 100 feet; thence South 89º26'13” East 660.0 feet; thence North 0º11'00” East 100 feet; thence North 89º26'13” West 660.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, Less the East 490 feet thereof. Said lands situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.
