CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 412-D, OF ESTANCIA, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 92 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5160, PAGES 1439 THROUGH 1510, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2971 ESTANCIA BLVD #412, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on February 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
