NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-11695CICI-07, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SADIE GONNELLA, DECEASED; HARBOR HILLS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; ANTHONY GONNELLA, JR.; MARIA NAHILL; RICHARD GONNELLA; LILLIAN VICHETO; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY;, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK D, HARBOR HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
