NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-002254 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and Elias Jose Cura a/k/a Elias J. Cura, Individually and as Trustee of Elias Jose Cura Revocable Trust dtd 3/22/06 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 508, ANGLERS COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5320, PAGE 2012, TOGETHER WITH THE DRAWINGS, GRAPHICS AND SURVEYS THAT ARE RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 24, BOTH IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
