Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 25, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, JACKSON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 308 12TH AVE N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33701; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
