NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 8, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001640-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Jimmy Fillmon, Jr. a/k/a Jimmy Fillmon; Kimberly Fillmon; Unknown Tenant 1; Unknown Tenant 2; and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendant(s), who (is/are) not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants; Parkview Wekiva Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, PARKVIEW WEKIVA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 96-97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
