NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012199-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and VICTOR GUNRAJ; ACTION READY MIX CONCRETE, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION; ASHTON PARK OF OCOEE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; DISCOVER BANK; OCOEE COMMONS PUD PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; PRADIP JAMNADAS D/B/A SAM'S PROPERTIES; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TAYLOR MORRISON SERVICES, INC. F/K/A MORRISON HOMES, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION; KHEMRAJ SINGH; MOHIP SAM SOOKHRAM; SAVITIEE SINGH and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 16th day of February, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, OCOEE COMMONS PUD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 92 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
