NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-004135-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, is Plaintiff and LUCENTI, JACQUELINE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 11, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 195, LAKE RIDGE VILLAGE, WILLIAMSBURG AT ORANGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 73, 74 AND 75, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
