NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-033284-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT 2007-HY1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 51, of TIVOLI GARDENS, according to Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 55, at Page 120 through 130, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
