NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2010-CA-006569 O, in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE ONE WILLIAM STREET REMIC TRUST 2012-1, is Plaintiff, and Marco Mejia; Mildred Maldonado; Pine Ridge Hollow East Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Mercedes Homes, Inc. and Unknown Tenant(s) n/k/a Marriam Soto, Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
LOT 121, PINE RIDGE HOLLOW EAST PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 37 THROUGH 39, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
