NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-008410-O, in which GOSHEN MORTGAGE LLC, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE FOR GDBT 1 TRUST 2011-1, is Plaintiff, and Jose L. Brito Sanchez; Unknown Spouse of Jose L. Brito-Sanchez; Stonebridge Reserve Condominium Association, Inc.; United States of America, Department of Revenue-Internal Revenue Service; Frances Sanchez; Eugenia Haines; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
UNIT 20701, PHASE 1, STONEBRIDGE RESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8928, PAGE(S) 1428, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
