NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL MAIL BALLOT ELECTION
TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Oakland will hold a Mail Ballot Election on March 10, 2015. The purpose of the election is to determine if proposed revisions to the Charter will be adopted.
Registration books for this election will close on Monday, February 9, 2015. Voting will be held for registered Town of Oakland residents only. In accordance with Florida Statute 101.6103, the elector shall mail, deliver, or have delivered the marked ballot so that it reaches the Supervisor of Elections Office located at 119 W. Kaley St. Orlando, FL 32806 no later than 7:00 p.m. on the day of the election.
Absentee ballots will be available through the Supervisor of Elections office, in compliance with state and federal laws.

AVISO DE ELECCIÓN DE PAPELETA POR CORREO
CIUDAD DE OAKLAND, FLORIDA
Por la presente se notifica que la Ciudad de Oakland llevará a cabo una elección con voto por correo el 10 de marzo de 2015. El propósito de la elección es para determinar si se adoptarán revisiones propuestas a la Carta.
Libros de registro para esta elección se cerrará el lunes 9 de febrero de 2015. La votación se llevará a cabo solamente para los residentes registrados en la Ciudad de Oakland. De acuerdo con el Estatuto de Florida 101.6103, el elector deberá enviar por correo, entregar, o haber entregado la papeleta marcada para que llegue a la Oficina del Supervisor de Elecciones ubicada en el 119 W. Kaley St. Orlando, FL 32806 antes de las 7:00 pm del dÃa de la elección.
Papeletas ausente estarán disponibles a traves de la oficina del Supervisor de Elecciones, en cumplimiento de las leyes estatales y federales.
