RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 5, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021613-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein SANTANDER BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS SOVEREIGN BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ROBERT N. JONES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 85 of VILLAGES II AT EASTWOOD PHASE I, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 16, 17 and 18, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
