NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 19, 2014, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-025855-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association is the Plaintiff and John Doe; Woody Joseph; Saget Racerlink; Waterfall Cove at Winter Park Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 18th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C114, WATERFALL COVE AT WINTER PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8521, PAGE 1299, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
