NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to An Order dated December 15, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020480 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is the Plaintiff and David Benitez; Kristen N. Benitez a/k/a Kristen Benitez; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Jefferson Place Condominium, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; United States of America; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, JEFFERSON PLACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED BOOK 8964, PAGE 3263, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORD OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
