NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-008524-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES, OF THE ESTATE OF HELEN BRODEUR A/K/A HELEN L BRODEUR A/K/A HELEN LOUISE BRODEUR; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LOUISE E. ESTES; LOUIS BRODEUR; GARY BRODEUR; NANCY CURRY and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of February, 2015at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK C, REPLAT CLOVER HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK P, AT PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO THE WESTERLY 5 FEET FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY AS DOCUMENTED IN RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT FAVORING ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN BOOK 75, PAGE 398
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
