Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC3 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and WILLIAM ATANACIO; LINDA I. ATANACIO A/K/A LINDA ATANACIO A/K/A LINDA TORRES A/K/A LINDA IVETTE ATANACIO A/K/A IVETTE TORRES; ET AL, are defendants.
