NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on MARCH 23, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
UNIT 614, PROMENADES EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE FLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 62A THROUGH 62G, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 711, PAGE 1158 THROUGH 1214, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO SET FORTH UN SAID DECLARATION AND AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 14-0629 CA, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff vs. Stuart R. Rothbaum, Et Al, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
