NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015, entered in Case No. 14001251CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for CMALT REMIC 2006-A1 - REMIC Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-A1 is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey Anderson; Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey Anderson; Staci Coles; Unknown Spouse of Staci Coles; JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the March 4, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3970, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 72, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 28A THROUGH 28H, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
