NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-001874 of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Naples, Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 18 day of February, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 16, block c of the moorings, unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 3, page(s) 81 and 82, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
