NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002502 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. was the Plaintiff and CELESTINO GUTIERREZ, ET. AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 18 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTHWESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 15 AND SOUTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 16, BLOCK 6, OF NAPLES SOUTH, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 89 AND 90, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
