NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 0900989CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all others who may claim an interest in the Estate of Christopher S. Cleary a/k/a Christopher Sean Cleary, Deceased, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. , Elizabeth Cleary Greenwald, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT(S) 7, BLOCK 130, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 107 THROUGH 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
