NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1301841CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and E. JOHN DI SABATINO, JR. CALUSA BAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. CALUSA BAY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. M.L. SHAPIRO AS TRUSTEE OF THE SATINLEAF REO 6804 TRUST; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 18 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 3-201 OF CALUSA BAY SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R BOOK 2264, PAGE 200 TO 283, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
