NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. CASE NO.: 2010-CA-000732 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A., is Plaintiff and SCOTT ROSS, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINUIM UNIT 5205, BUILDING 5, BAY POINTE AT CORTEZ, PHASE 3, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN TH ECOMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1990, PAGE 5940, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
