NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2012CA006547AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-O UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and LONNIE G. RHODES, et al., are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 26th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, in Block B, of Braden River Lakes, Phase II, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, at Page 191, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Property Address: 616 East 49th Street, Bradenton, FL 34208
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
