NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 06, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2014CA000168AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOSEFA MONK A/K/A JOANN MONK, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS MOTHER AND NATURAL GUARDIAN OF JACOB MONK, A MINOR CHILD, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin 582.5 feet East of the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence North 195 feet, thence East 100 feet, thence South 195 feet, thence West 100 feet to the Point of Beginning, LESS 25 feet for 33rd Street West.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
