NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 000767 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and LAMAR E MOXLEY, PAMELA J. MOXLEY, FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of Lamar E. Moxley are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of February, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 47, FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 180, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
