NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 412014CA003078AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and LEE C. PIPER; LINDA L. PIPER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JON PIPER, are defendants. R.B. 'Chips' Shore, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE S.E. CORNER OF SECTI0N 10, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE N ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 10, FOR 155.00 FT; THENCE S 89° 53' 48” W, FOR 40.00 FT. TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 14TH AVENUE WEST; THENCE CONTINUE S 89° 53' 48” W FOR 348.50 FT. TO THE POB; THENCE S 89° 53' 48” W FOR 296.50 FT; THENCE N FOR 175.00 FT; THENCE N 89° 53' 48” E FOR 645.00 FT. TO SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE; THENCE S ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR 25.00 FT.; THENCE S 89° 53' 48” W FOR 348.50 FT; THENCE S 150.00 FT TO THE POB.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
