NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 14, 2015 in Case No. 2014 CC 4428, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on February 13, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit No. 13, Terra Siesta Mobile Home Park, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded October 11, 1991, in Official Records Book1352, Pages 1059 through 1089, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, such Master Form Proprietary Lease has been amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 1363, Pages 601 through 608, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH that certain mobile home situated and affixed on the subject property, more particularly described as 1970 HMPK mobile home, VIN MF2736D.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
