NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000904 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6, Plaintiff, and, CHRISTOPHER GROOMS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 17th day of February, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 138, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE D, UNIT 4, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 111 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
