Final Judgment was awarded on October 20, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 002133, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and JACQUELYN M. SCOGGINS A/K/A JACQUELYN MAE SCOGGINS A/K/A JACQUELYN SCOGGINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELYN M. SCOGGINS A/K/A JACQUELYN MAE SCOGGINS A/K/A JACQUELYN SCOGGINS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on February 20, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE LOT MARKED STEBBINS AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF MRS. M.J. GRIFFIN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STEBBINS LOT 46.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STEBBINS LOT , 126.27 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF STEBBINS LOT, 101.7 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STEBBIBS LOT, 109.66 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID STEBBINS LOT ( AND 46.4 FEET EAST OF SAID WEST LINE), 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
