NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-000077 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Capital One, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Amalia Antonia Flores a/k/a Amalia Flores, E Trade Bank, Herman Guevara, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
