NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 3674 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY STRUCTURED TRUST I 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-1, is Plaintiff and DOMINGO J. TORRES, ET AL., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block E, Windsor Park, First Unit, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 38, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Property Address: 3309 Highland Avenue West, Bradenton, FL34205
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
