NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9,2012 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 16, 2015 , both entered in Case No. 11-CA-051798, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is Plaintiff and DWIGHT V. PHIPPS; JACQUELINE PHIPPS, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose .com, at 09:00 AM, on March 11th, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 28, UNIT 1, LEHIGH PARK, SECTION 22 AND WEST 1/2 OF 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
