NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053938 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and DENNIS P. FITZGERALD, et al., are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of February 2015, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, PALMIRA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 59 THROUGH 68, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
