NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051905 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-17CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-17-CB, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. LARE, ANJONETTE LEE LARE, SAN REMO AT PALMIRA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on February 25, 2015, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 124, of SAN REMO AT PALMIRA, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 58 through 68, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
