Gross, III, Kathy Mcnally, Michael Gross, Muirfield at Golfview Condominium Association, Inc. , United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 106, MUIRFIELD AT GOLDVIEW CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2380, PAGE 1977, AND AS SUBSEQUENT AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
