Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015, in Case No. 51-2014-CA-000303-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Levi York, Heather York and Pasco County A Political Subdivision of the State of Florida , are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutues the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
