NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA002117CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and GIO VAN NGUYEN; HONG LUONG; HAMILTON PARK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A PETER NGUYEN, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, HAMILTON PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 140 TO 144, INCL, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
