NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 15th day of JANUARY, 2015, in the cause wherein LAKESIDE WOODLANDS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., was plaintiff and GHASSAN JABBOUR was defendant, being case number 512014CC456WS in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, GHASSAN JABBOUR, in and to the following described property, to wit:
TAX PARCEL NO. 34-24-16-0130-00000-0450, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS LOT 45, LAKESIDE WOODLANDS SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 92; BEARING STREET ADDRESS OF:
7803 SNAPPING TURTLE COURT, HUDSON, FL 34667
I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 3rd day of MARCH, 2015, at PSO WEST OPERATIONS- 7432 LITTLE RD, in the City of NEW PORT RICHEY, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 10:30 am, or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, GHASSAN JABBOUR, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
