NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-003008-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC f/k/a WM Specialty Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Sedgwick at Meadow Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 5, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 16, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
