NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-009632 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7 is the Plaintiff and KELLY CANNINGTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ROSITA ARELLANO are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING IN THE NE CORNER OF LOT 3, IN BLOCK 5, HENDRY & KNIGHT COMPANY'S PALM RIVER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 220.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTH 115.0 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 311.0 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 115.0 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 311.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS 25.0 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND LESS THE EAST 10.0 FEET IN USE AS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
