NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 31, 2014 entered in Case No. 08-CA-019494 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of December 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-FM3 is the Plaintiff and Vasilios M. Saroukas; Michelle Saroukas; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Litton Loan Servicing, LP ; Westchester Master Community Association Inc.; Westchester Homeowners Association Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 1, WESTCHESTER PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 14, PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
