Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 21, 2015, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida legally described as:
Unit 1925 in Building 19 of River Oaks Condominium II, according to the Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 3817, Pages 512 through 584 and amendment in O.R. Book 3989, Page 35 and in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 48 and in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 54, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with the percent of common elements pertaining thereto.
at public sale on March 13, 2015 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, in the following location:
