NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-06262 DIV N UCN:292014CA006262XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2 is Plaintiff and DANIEL A. MCNERNEY; CHRISTINE R. MCNERNEY; VIEUX CARRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SILVERS SYSTEMS INCORPORATED.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 23, VIEUX CARRE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VIEUX CARRE, FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3034, PAGE 123, THERETO AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
