If you fail to file an election of rights with the Department by March 13, 2015, in a manner stated in the Administrative Complaint, you will waive your right to dispute the allegations of the Administrative Complaint and the Department may proceed to enter a Final Order based upon the allegations contained in the Administrative Complaint.
